Default Persimmon at the Farmer's Market

If you have never tried persimmon or had only tannic persimmon, you should buy a basket at the Brownwood Farmer's Market. The fruit and vegetable stand is not too far on the right from the entrance. Walk passed the hotdog stand and the plant shop on the right. The persimmon they offered was very sweet. If you like a ripe one, keep them on a warm place for a few days. Hope they'll continue to offer this wonderful fruit. Now if they could also offer rambutan, jack fruit and lychee like that from Southeast Asia, I'll be very happy.
