After reading some great reviews of the Villages Refrigerator & Appliance Repair company, I checked out their website and left an email detailing the problems with our washing machine.

Got a prompt response back and within no time Sonny was over looking at the problem. Worn shocks. Ordered 4 new ones and asked if he could install them tomorrow. "YES, of Course"!!

One of the shocks he pulled out was so worn, it was bent. That is one of the reasons our washer would quit and TILT in the spin mode.

After less than an hour of hard, back breaking work, the washer is as good as new for 1/4 of the price of a new one. We have a few more projects in mind for this crew.
