The Tea Plantation Floral Boutique -- Sumter Landing Square

We are looking for someone with experience in a business environment and is comfortable creating original designs. This person has to be be able to mult-task with Customers & Vendors along with working the Teleflora Computer System (minimal exposure) Also need to be able to fulfill large orders and work with clients to fulfill their vision for occasions such as weddings, funerals, or celebrations and events. Need knowledge of a wide range of foliage and flowers. Lastly, need experience/comfort in silk arrangements per customer request, for the Gift Shop and window displays.

The following is required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Up to 1 yearrelated experience in a floral/florist environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Physical ability to work in retail environment with frequent bending, standing, walking, climbing, reaching and lifting requirements of 50-100 pounds
- Demonstrated computer experience
- Must have open availability--will vary to include late days and holiday fill-ins.
