We've used him more than once for our Gardenia and he's power cleaned our home, our driveway and our lanai & pool deck. Does a good job and we will continue to use Dave.

Egner's Exterior Cleaning just did my house and they were excellent. They charge $45 for a patio villa and he even did the inside porch area. I would highly recommend them. 352.728.8537.

After they finished, the house looked like it had just been built.

Is there a contractor who uses a foaming brush to wash the home and then a low pressure spray of water to get the soap off?
I have a villa with siding(not masonry). I think the PSI needed to blast dirt off siding forces water under the siding.
Just my opinion.
