Exclamation Need a plumber who wants my business

4-H Plumbing clearly is not interested in my business.

I have repeatedly tried to get them to replace my toilet with an "elongated highline" toilet but I get no where. Now, it's over two weeks since Kevin, at 4-H, said that he would check and get back to me with a price. And, it's 10 days since I called asking him if he had a price yet. He did not but assured me that he'd call soon. He has not.

Clearly he and 4-H have so much business that they don't need mine.

Therefore, if there is a plumber out there who would like an immediate order with minimal effort on his part, or a Villager who knows a plumber who would appreciate my business, please let me know.

Agree. They installed two high rise toilets for me.

I own a small plumbing company. THE first rule is answer your phone 2nd rule do what you say you are going to do. Sometimes you cant. Call the client and tell them with a truthful reason why. Next try to make it up to them. BTW I do not live there yet see you in 2 years or so. I will be done with plumbing 45 years will be enough

Good man!

I used the same rules when I owned and ran a Minuteman Press franchise. One result is that I had small customers refer big customers to me. There's nothing more valuable than a happy customer.

Thanks for the suggestions, as I'm sure I will need a plumber, someday.

I used to work with someone who's last name was Kiley. A great human resources lady and really understood the needs of employees. The name evokes fond memories, of interfacing with her.

Also, a street name in TV, in the historic section.
