Default Pre house inspection

Purchasing new CYV in Collier this month. Due to problems in the past with new construction in MA, decided to have a new house inspection. We used Tom Comer. We were very pleased with his work. He took his time, checking everything. He was very willing to answer any questions that we had. We received a full report before the end of the day. He also sent the report to the right person at The Villages. We have no doubt, due to his help and report, that it will be taken care of before we close. We will look to Tom again for our year warranty inspection. We highly recommend him!

We have purchased two new homes here and we have built several in Cincinnati, Columbus and Indianapolis during the course of our life. We had our first home built at the age of 22, saving for the down payment in the years before we married.

I have to say that the warranty department here is the most responsive and helpful of all we have dealt with and the issues on these two homes were very minor.

I know that sounds like I am paid by the Morses, but I am not.

We're within days of signing on the dotted line. Because it is new construction we were going to wait to do the inspection at about the 9 month time frame. We didn't think of having two and that may be the best idea for us. Until we can move to The Villages, the house will be a rental and we want the guests to have as few problems as possible.

Thank you for sharing a perspective we had not considered.
