Hopefully, none. Staff should have day off to celebrate with family and/or friends.

Almost all Chinese restaurants are open on Christmas Day.

Katie Belle's is open, but only with a reservation (which opened up on Nov 29).

Perkins is open during the day, but close early. Otherwise, it is pretty slim pickings.

You may have better luck around Ocala.

Denny's on 27/441 is open. I go there for breakfast on Christmas.

May not help but the COUNTRY CLUBS will PROBABLY be closed.

That's the day in the past that FREE CHAMPIONSHIP golf is offered on 1st come basis and no eating or drinking or golf store access.
