We are moving in FOUR weeks to one of the model homes on Brinkley in the village of Gilchrist. Are any of our neighbors here? What should we know?

Welcome to the neighborhood! As the previous posted stated, go on the "New Villagers in Gilchrist" thread to find out what is going on. Once you put a posting there A-4, the keeper of the email, will contact you so that you put your info on the village email list. We are right around the corner on Euclid Terrace and will also be back in about 4 weeks.

We are just around the block from you on Regency. We closed in May, visited for a couple of weeks around Labor Day, and are headed back to Gilchrist to stay, right after Christmas.

Welcome to the neighborhood, which we have found to be the BEST.

Hmm, I thought the furnished model homes were sold furnished? We almost bought one and that's what we told.

P.S. Welcome to TV, paulajr!

We are closing on our Indiana home next Monday and ill start looking for a new home after the 1st. We really want to move in while the various neighborhood groups are being developed as opposed to being outside looking in. We really like the location of Gilchrist but wonder if we should look at Collier or Hillsborough instead.
Am I being over concerned?

take heart. it won't be long now!!!

Read the "nuts and bolts" section, (three parts), as it contains all the info you will need to know when moving to TV. it's near the bottom of the "home" page. better yet, print a copy, as you can refer to it, when needed.

If you still have questions, ask away, as we are here.

Bet wishes, as you start living the dream.
