I'm still looking for a yin yoga class, also known as restorative or zen or a few other names. Perhaps responses to your inquiry will help me, too. Namaste....

great yin like class by Fran. It is always packed. Look at the back of the rec paper for her classes.

I took her class this morning at Lake Miona at 8:30 and on Thur it is at 8:50 at SeaBreeze and know she teaches more classes.
