That is good news. Hopefully now that Joe has purchased a home, he'll be able to spend more time hanging out on TOTV. I miss him!

Glad to hear that Joe has purchased a house. Hopefully he will post his house settling in adventures once he has internet access again. And carrot cake contains carrots, which of course is a vegetable, and vegetables are low calorie, so all is good for you Kitty!

Have you ever baked a carrot cake using jars of baby food carrots???
It sounds strange but with the crushed pineapple, coconut, nuts, etc. it is an easy and delicious sheet cake........I always made it in an oblong glass pyrex baking dish and topped it with cream cheese icing (home made; easy to do).

Prior to the jars of baby food "hint" I had to grate all the carrots.....

Joe's looks yummy though.........but did he eat that other half????
Or other two thirds????

Sr, we had a gathering at Miss Kitty's Lake Place and I generously shared Joe's Toojay carrot cake with Cha, Dan, Larry, Linda Lou, and yes, Joe.

Default Kitty cake

My name is Ron and I am a carrot cake addict. I have been clean for eight months. This subject is not helping. Kitty yesterday I was tempted to consume that last piece of your cake it was such a generous serving, 1/3 of the cake. I have to take one day at a time. I no longer will even push my cart thru the baker dept at the g’store.
