i agree with the resident who said that most residents don't mind if the morse family is making millions because they have created a product which works for them and also is an investment which is growing for them, too! a great place to live!

I hadn't seen it before and forwarded it in case anyone was interested. I have no problem at all with someone making money from their efforts. A good idea and the commitment to making it a reality is laudable. It's capitalism at it's finest.
I just sent it as an FYI with no predispositions of how people would interpret it.

I'm curious as to why you chose to put it in the singles forum?

No specific reason at all. As infrequently as I sign on to this site I really haven't been anywhere else but the singles forum. Again, it was FYI only. I thought it was a testament to good planning for a what is obviously a desirable place to live. I'll find out for myself when I visit for September.

Bogie Shooter, thanks again. I watched the video and coincidentally I had seen it on the golf channel a while back. I have to admit, I leave next weekend and I'm getting pretty pumped up about exploring the place. I do hope we get an opportunity to meet.
