Hi. I'm renting a Villa for the month of Feb 2016. I am 61 and have been a widow for 5 years. I'm from MA. and would love to meet other singles. Are there any activities planned this far in advance? Cindy

the regular singles clubs such as Sumter Singles and Single Baby Boomers and Villages Singles have calendars and future events on their websites...our little "unclub" does not have anything in particular planned yet but we can certainly organize a Meet and Greet for you if you remind us a few weeks before your arrival am sure you will have a lovely time here! welcome!

I am a long member of the Baby Boomers but looking for to branch out to another group and get involved. I recently met Dianne Jacobs, attended her Halloween party (it was wonderful) and want to begin meeting with the UnClub. Could you please let me know of the next activity coming up.? Thank you. I doubt many will let you know of anything by any means other than their posting a new thread here announcing a new event to all. You just have to keep checking back here to see what's new. Usually there is at least a couple days notice, but sometimes someone posts something about the following day.

The website virginiatrace.com provides a listing of the websites of all of The Villages clubs that have them, including the three singles clubs.

the next time some of us are doing something together will be next tuesday the 15th to go to a play $2 Tuesdays at Mulberry grove rec center and then out to lunch. i am sending you a private message with my phone number. i know the pain of being widowed at this time of year.
