Default Looking For An Echo

If you are interested in watching "Looking For An Echo" at my villa this Saturday evening contact me via Private Messaging. Social hour starts at 6:00 PM and movie begins at 7:00 PM. BYOB of course and some finger food would be helpful. Popcorn will be available. Parking is very limited so car pooling is advised. This is a Doo Wop film (1999) highly recommended by ChaChaCha. The following is a synopsis:

A widowed 49-year-old Brooklyn bartender whose life revolves around caring for his leukemia-stricken daughter finds an appreciation of the past and an enthusiasm for the future through a reunion with his middle-aged ex-bandmates and a new romance.

Default Ron's theatre room

Dear Ron, Do you have expanded seating (since the playoffs) or shall we bring our folding chairs? Molly and I can cuddle up on a blanket on the rug perhaps. In other words, how many before your house gets too full? - I have a party for which I need to be ready the following week. In other words, I am not sure, tho it sounds like a good movie, and I know the company would be great (and I do love me some Armand Assante, Cha)

Thanks chachacha for your kind words. It was indeed a pleasure to host everyone who came to watch the movie with me. Kitty was a bad girl but we were happy she came and love her anyway. The movie was fabulous and the music fantastic. Ken you left your his ice cream and cones here if you want them back before Molly eats all the ice cream. And Ronnye's video of her appearance on the $20,000 pyramid was the icing on the cake. If you ever want a lesson on how to use the word "okay", she is your ticket. LOL

Maybe the next movie will be "Miss Potter", a movie blending lush animation sequences with live-action drama, director Chris Noonan constructs this unconventional biopic about the personal life of beloved children's author and illustrator Beatrix Potter.

Cast:Rene Zellweger, Ewan McGregor, Emily Watson, Barbara Flynn, Bill Paterson, Matyelok Gibbs, Lloyd Owen, Anton Lesser, David Bamber, Phyllida Law, Patricia Kerrigan, Lucy Boynton, Justin McDonald, Judith Barker, Oliver Jenkins

Genre:Romantic Dramas, Biographies, Pre-20th Century Period Pieces, Drama
