this is a bit early but Ralph Di Nome's band is playing at the American Legion for a sock hop dance in late january. tickets are $10 with a cash bar available for drinks....bring snacks as you like....there will be a singles table so would like to know how many would be interested in digging out the poodle skirts and bobby socks to attend? i believe the date is jan 23 but have to check on that. more to come!

That will be so much fun. A bunch of us went to it last time they had it and it was a blast from the past. You can count me in and i'm sure Mary will go if not working. Friends of mine Dee and Leo won the dance contest.

we now have 27 people going to the sock hop, thanks to the work and effort of rpicker04, so from here on anyone who wants to go will have to get their own ticket at the Legion. we should be easy to find as we have more than three tables together!

yes, and we have room for one more at four tables of eight! we have 31 already including kas's extra ticket, so a couple could have two tickets if desired. would have to buy one more. tickets are $10 each.
