Default Just for fun...Qualities Of a Potential Mate

Gets up rather than going in bed, if needed, to pee in the night. Position of toilet seats negotiable.

dear kitty, surely that is not the prime requirement! thanks for starting an intriguing topic.
for me he must have similar values to mine, good health, and there must be some sort of physical and intellectual attraction, which at our age is really difficult to conjure up! of course being a great dancer counts for a lot but not a deal breaker. and toilet paper up, seat down!

-Taller when standing than when sitting.

-Does not live with parents, unless he is taking care of them (extra points.)

-Swears between one and 35 times a week. I won't be outdone.

-Makes the bed. I hate making the bed.

Default Very old advice given to me......

My grandmother strongly advised choosing a man who was kind to old people and to cats.

So far it is working very well.

I hope you and Helene will let me borrow a cat, should there be an occasion for testing.

Not long after I met my (future) husband, he introduced me to his boss. The boss asked me what I enjoyed doing. I told him that I liked playing golf, drinking beer and I hated shopping.
The boss looked at Roger and said
'that's not a girlfriend, it's a new best mate!'
