Default Let it snow. Let it snow.

Morning at the gym. Then the grocery and liquor store.

The house is warm, the fire is roaring, and the wine is flowing.

Only thing missing is a lady glowing.

Can't wait to get to The Villages.

Mr. Kris in Maryland. And yes, I know I'am a ham (ham: verb - intransitive to act in an exaggerated style, usually to make people laugh.). I googled the definition so it must be right.

Just got a call from TicTacToe. Tic-Tac-Toes Dance Shoes: Mens Cushioned Dance Shoes

My shoes have shipped. I hope there is a lady in The Villages that enjoys dancing. And is not shy about "cutting a rug."

You shouldn't have a problem finding a lady, to dance with. There are many who would love to dance.

A woman that is glowing, may be another story!

Thanks 2B.

I've seen your posts and I look forward to meeting you.

And to get a lady to glow all you have to do is light their fire.

Or is that too corny?

Mr. Kris, there are plenty of us here to dance with. PM me when you get here and I'll help you find the right level of classes and avoid some mediocre ones.
BTW, I will celebrate one year here on apr 2.

Thank you very much Kitty.

Will do.

I feel like I'm losing it fast (dance moves).

The shoes came in the mail after the snow. I tried them on and they fit perfectly. I was standing in my kitchen looking outside at all the snow and felt like an atheist at his funeral. All dressed up with no place to go.

I really appreciate all the kind people in TV and on TOTV.

I forgot to say congratulations on your upcoming anniversary. We should celebrate. Save a dance for me.

Hey, we have so rich a culture here for singles among these who are my friends. We treat each other with respect and love and caring. It's not about pairing up, but that happens naturally sometimes. We can make a whole dance celebration at someone's home to honor your arrival and my anniversary. I hope you will be as happy here as I am.

I'll dance with any lady that would like. But we'll probably have to pair up. Except for the conga line, I can't dance with more than one lady at a time.

When I was taking lessons at Arthur Murray, at some classes, I was the only man. It was exhausting but fun. Some ladies were younger than my daughter, some were, let's say, older than me. It was all fun.

Respect, love, care. But of course. As long as you don't include the occasional step on the toe when I try the "Cuban walk."

But I need a lot of practice to even get (back) up to mediocre.

The heart is willing, but the feet and the brain are another story.

Default Meet & Greet Singles Party - Feb 22

Ronnye has asked me to post her Meet and Greet get together on Saturday Feb 22nd. I'll post more details when I get them. For now, just circle your calendars for that date and if you'd like to come you can post here or PM me between now and then.

Sorry, Kris

I didn't mean to post the party info on your thread. I had just read it and apparently I was still there when I posted.

I certainly don't mind.

I just wish I could be there to join you.

Hope it's a harbinger of good things to come.

If so, I'm going to have to learn how to prepare dishes to contribute to the mix.

I don't think folks are going to consider a six pack of beer and a bag of chips a thoughtful contribution.

Actually, for our first get together put me down for salad.

I want to do a walnut, feta cheese, and cranberry salad with an assortment of side dressings, i.e. balsamic vinaigrette, oil and vinegar, etc.

Did I just hijack my own thread?
