Hello, I had stayed for a Lifestyle preview in the Villages a few years back. I was hoping to rent for a longer term to determine to rent each year or purchase a home in the future. As a single person it will be helpful to share accommodations being costly on my own.

Just turned 60, recent retired, active, fit, a golfer, kayak, inline skate, bike and sing professionally part time in Canada. I own my own home back in Canada on a golf course

My Canadian neighbours are Snowbirds in Sumter Village and a another friend I know there is a US citizen in the Villages, they can vouch for me. I am a non smoker and no longer have a pet.

Good idea to rent first. Also to live with someone who can help you learn about the villages.
