have heard of a few people who will be visiting in Feb so am planning a Meet and Greet for 3pm Sunday Feb 7 on the front porch of the Lake Sumter Landing sales office...should be quiet until 5 and then everyone can decide whether to attend the music in the square, go to a movie, have dinner etc... one of our members is thinking of having a Valentine's Day party the following weekend so if you would like to be included please try to make the Meet and Greet as this will not be open on TOTV unless you have met some of us first. just a practical precaution before giving out the address....meanwhile, would like to get another group going back to the Corkscrew on Jan 22 when Wayne Cote will be performing there again because i really liked the atmosphere, the quiet music, the space to dance and i think we can all agree that without Katie Belle's as a good venue for singles to mingle, we should be on the lookout for other choices.

just realized that is super bowl sunday and we will probably be partying somewhere so am changing the date of Meet and Greet to thurs feb 4...please see new post
