Had these guys install 3 solar tubes in 2013. Had a leak in the one in our 1/2 bath on Saturday and found 2 cracks in the dome as well as 1 crack in the other one in our Laundry. Their Guarantee on the website said covered for 25 years! Called them on Monday and they couldn't have been more accomodating! They replaced the two and charged us $155 for the service call (parts free). Very professional and couldn't be happier!
