Thumbs down Bass Fishing

Ok TOTV folks. I know there are lots of Bass fishermen in The Villages but I'm not one of them. My daughter and son-in law from Tennessee want to visit and he is looking for a bass tournament in the area. Is there such a thing?? And if so, where and when. Any info on local bass fishing would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is there anywhere that someone can recommend bass fishing inside TV or near there from shore?

This Saturday and Sunday March 13 & 14 will be the 9th Annual Outdoor Expo at The La Hacienda Center. The phone number for information is 352-753-1716. The La Hacienda Center is by Spanish Springs on Lake Mira Mar. There no cost to get in.

I have been to it before and there will be several booths related to fishing both in The Villages and in Central Florida. The Villages fishing club will have a booth their as well and they will be happy to answer all of your questions. There will be lots of printed information for you to take home.
