Question Water Aerobics for Beginners

Where is the best place for an out-of-shape "old lady" to get started with a good water aerobics program? I really need exercise and have been told that water aerobics is easy on your knees and back and would be a good way to start.

My wife goes to water aerobics Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9-10 and 10-11 (two different classes0 at Laurel Manor. The 10-11 class is easier than the 9-10 class.
