For some time I have been concerned that the list of Support Groups appearing in the Tuesday Daily Sun didn't always jibe with the list that appears each week in the Recreation News supplement to our daily paper.

After an analysis, I have pretty well determined that the Tuesday list are groups that mostly meet off-campus, whereas the Thursday list are groups that mostly meet on-campus.

If you have a particular interest in a support group for your "affliction," please be sure to check out both lists.

And, if your particular affliction wants to have a support group that meets at a Villages facility, please be aware that a medically-oriented non-funded support group may meet in a Villages facility and include non-Villagers at its meetings. There may be some paper-work, but it is minimal. You will be doing our neighbors a good deed, and may well enhance your group's membership.
