I would be remiss after reading The Villages Daily Sun's article on 2-1-1 today (June 24, 2014) not to also post this information on TOTV.

It is always good to have as many roads leading to Rome as possible so that do not clogged up or if there are people who are more comfortable talking on the phone than using a computer.
