This is the third western in the adventures of Everett Hitch and Virgil Cole. The 1st and 2nd being Appaloosa and Resolution, respectively.

Brimstone seems to be on the same level of writing as the first two so far as I am only on about page 80.

They made a movie out of the first of these westerns with the same name as the book-- Appaloosa.

I enjoyed the further adventures of Virgil and Cole. It certainly got me in the mood to read some more westerns. I can reccomend this book. I am a Parker fan. Herb
