Great story last night on CBS News. This was one of the Steve Hartman "On the Road" segments.

Football star shows you can't judge a book by its cover - CBS News

I also loved this "On the Road" from about ten years ago.

Alan Page - Wikipedia

I recall some of the law professors mentioning Alan Page while I was at the University of Minnesota Law School. He had been playing as a Viking while going to law school. He was Class of 1978. I am Class of 1989.

My wife, an avid reader, has a large three ring binder which lists all the novels she has read and accumulated over the years. Catalogued by author, series, title. At about 10 to 15 books per week, I sometimes wonder if she might be Guinness book of records material. The thing that matters is that she has fun with her books.

I have had to read a lot of books to get my 4 degrees and many of those were books like Anna Karenina and not so much textbooks.
