Default Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. (Spoilers Possible).

Quite a fun movie. Echoes the first of these Beverly Hills Cop films quite well.

And adds a movie to the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon game.

I watched it yesterday. Should be called Beverly Hills Cop....ACL-F. It’s painful watching such an iconic role/movie...beat to death by most of the original cast. I know we all need side hustles at an advanced age but sometimes you just gotta leave well enough alone!

Yes, it was good, however, the guys were all old enough to have retired years before. Better if it had been made about twenty years earlier.

I think they were going for them appearing younger than their being in their 60s.

Watched just over an hour and decided enough was enough. Not at all funny to me or my wife but she liked the story and is still watching it.

It was amusing; certainly better than the third film in the series. Has the original cast gotten older in the last 40 years? Surprise, surprise - the answer is Yes! Judge Reinhold is puffier but just as wacky as ever. John Ashton's dye job on his hair was awful and he was as cantankerous as ever. Eddier Murphy has fleshed out some but looked surprisingly good and was in better form than in many, many films. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was good but then he always is. Same for Kevin Bacon. Bronson Pinchott was, well, Bronson Pinchott. Taylour Paige was pretty good as well. And if you like car crashes, Jerry Bruckheimer certainly loves to produce films with them.
