I have a special 4K disc player as well as an HD blu-ray player. But, I am not impressed with the so called "better" discs. If I buy a movie, it will be a regular DVD disc. I am also not impressed with 4K programing on television.

There are two movies I saw a long time ago. It would be early seventies (I Think). One was of a man being hunted in the desert by a crazed individual with a rifle. The second was of people stuck on an island and hunted by nazi zombies who died in a submarine during the war. Any help identifying these would be appreciated. There was a third movie filmed in 1972 that I was attempting to find the name of but I found the title> Gargoyles. It was not as frightening as I remembered it. I'm guessing the two above may be the same.

It is pretty good for picture resolution and sound. The back cover says "Digitally Remastered and Fully Restored from High Resolution 35mm Original Film Elements".

Thanks. I think that all movies that were filmed with a 35mm camera need to be digitally remastered before they can be shown on a TV streaming service or copied to a DVD disc. But, I understand that even old movies on film have a very high resolution. But, I wonder if it is worth the cost to create a new HD master copy just for selling blu-ray discs (versus regular DVD), which very few people will buy.
