Default Ernest Borgnine and Aces 'N Eights

Saw a movie last night on DVD with Ernest Borgnine in it called Aces 'N Eights . If you like shoot 'em up westerns you will like this one. Have not seen Mr. Borgnine in that many movies of late. He must have been busy with SpongeBob SquarePants. ;D

Recently saw it on TV. I don't remember which channel. It was a good movie although I was kind of surprised about one guy who I thought was a bad guy who in the end turned out to be a semi good guy.

Until i read this i assumed that Ernest wasn't coming down from breakfast any longer!

This looks like a new movie (release date 3/15) that was made for TV maybe? (Was it a showtime or HBO deal?) I'll have to catch it. He's 91!

Looks like it is or was on the ION (formerly PAX) cable station.

According to a google search, Ernest Borgnine Has appeared in 198 films and wants to make it 200. he was 90 when he made Aces N Eights - so it is new.

200 movies? That's quite a lot. Think John Wayne was in 171??? Mr. Mel Blanc seems to have the record of 978. Thufferin' thuccotash!

I'm always impressed by Tal and his knowledge, BUT, that was particularly impressive. I wouldn't have a clue how to spell it.

Good job Tal

He looked like he was in pretty good shape for 90. I should live so long.

I do not do that well with trivia just know where to look up stuff. Librarians usually have to say where they got information before they can spout trivia at least when they are working in a library of some kind.
