"Judgment at Nuremberg". One of my all-time favorites: I've watched it many times but enjoy it just as much every time. So much great acting in that movie, though: it wasn't just Burt Lancaster that made it what it is.

Very good movie! I am still shocked by how a relatively wealthy and well educated group of people could follow such evil ideas as those espoused by Hitler and his goons. He did target his enemies rather early in his career and then used his talents as a speaker to inflame those not so educated nor wealthy.

He gave his best performance in "Elmer Gantry".

Field of Dreams is one of my favorite sports movies even though Burt was past his prime. Another movie I saw with him for the first time 4 years ago was The Swimmer. A very underrated and introspective film.

That would be Reynolds, and those are 2 of my favorites with him along with Longest Yard and WW.

Was Reynolds in either of those films?

Default Favorite Burt Lancaster FIlm

Too many great ones to really pick one. His best performance might have been as Elmer Gantry.
