Is this where the new square will be or is this somewhere else?

Yes, this is in Paddock Square. If you click on the Brownwood video on thevillages.com, they explain the new square.

If you're local (not loco like me) you can drive by on 44 west of Buena Vista and get a good view of the structure being built for the theater.

Residents really need to sign up to get the Vmail monthly newsletter containing all the scoop. I had watched this video at the link, before hearing some northern section TV residents talking about rumors about Brownwood. What they had heard was so far off base.....
