From someone who is still working full time...yes it is over the top, but I did laugh many times during this movie. Fortunately I've never had a truly "horrible boss" but have had a couple "not so great bosses." Out of four stars..I give it a 2.9. Just my 2 cents.

We went on Sunday and joined a very happy crowd who laughed frequently at the slap stick antics. Don't expect to see it on the Oscar list but had an enjoyable time chuckling often. In my dreams I hope someday to be able to work for Jennifer Aniston in her dental practice
