Default Jungle Cruise (2021)

Jungle Cruise - Rotten Tomatoes

Made sure I saw it on a big screen. Rather entertaining and did very well at the COVID 19 tainted box office.

They already have a sequel in the works.

Still cannot figure out the $9.10 I paid for a movie ticket as Villages' resident though. $8.50 for that category was listed on the sign inside the ticket taker stall.

They had not done that before. An $8.50 movie ticket would have the tax figured into it so that they could move a line quickly.

Few months ago they added sales tax, thinking that these days most use cc so no longer time to process.

Their movie stubs indicated that the tax had already been figured into the price. This is basically just raising the price of the movie tickets.

You finally catching on. I took the $8.50 + 7% $.5995 = $9.095 the SYNDICATE always rounds up never down. I'm sure they appreciate your donation.

Jungle Cruise had great graphics, but the storyline was pretty cheesy, and there were many holes in it. You can tell it was made specifically for Disney to create a ride.

Jumanji and Jurassic Park were far better movies.

Welcome to the Villages and the hidden price increases. They did the same thing with championship golf green fees - up until this year the sales tax was included in the fee. Now it's in addition. Hence, a 7% hidden price increase.

Kind of greedy IMHO. And makes it a lot harder for people using cash.

I think it has to do with the time of day you went to get the resident $8.50... I think its before 4:00 pm?

My problem was that they wanted $9.10 for what was advertised on their ticket booth sign as a $8.50 Villages' Resident ticket.

Raise the ticket prices if they need that extra money but be honest and open about the price of the ticket.
