While I liked both Speed and Point Blank very much, the John Wick series is awesome. Not a big fan of the Matrix flicks.

After watching the knife and hatchet throwing scene in John Wick 3, I had to order myself some throwing knives and give it a try. Ever since then I have become hooked on the hobby and have accumulated a nice collection of both throwing knives and hatchets.

Speed for sure. Hard to believe how they made a mess of Speed 2, luckily Keanu bowed out

The Matrix movies are OK but not on my list of his best movies.

"The Devil's Advocate"--though to be honest more because of Al Pacino and his gleeful portrayal of Ol' Scratch, than because of Keanu Reeves's acting.

And who doesn't like seeing Connie Nielsen in the buff?

John Wick. It's not what you did, son that distresses me so. It's who you did it to. Who? That effing nobody. That nobody is John Wick. I can make this right.

John will come for you.

That effing nobody is the Baba Yaga (a supernatural Boogeyman). And there’s no better way to **** a good man off than by killing his dog.

I'd probably say the first John Wick. I don't think much of Reeves acting ability but he's totally a stand-up guy and one of the (very) few people in Hollywood that I actually respect. Hollywood produces a lot of highly egotistical, dysfunctional people and the fact that Reeves Is nothing like them is a testament to his character.

Did you know that he is actually a real life John Wick when it comes to handling/shooting weapons? He is crazy good at it.

I have had various interactions with Hollywood people since 1992 and find the individuals I have encountered very different from individual-to-individual. My Dad often got the claims from Hollywood types for damages done to their properties as an insurance adjuster or some other title. He had a lot of stories but had to be quiet about a lot of it due to non-disclosure agreements.

I am though very impressed with some people in Hollywood. Ronald Reagan came out of that milieu for instance. I have found some to be very thoughtful and very careful about their actions. One woman, for instance, directed me to a friend writer of hers.

For us romantics, "Something's Gotta Give" gets the nod as my favorite Keanu Reeves movie. Jack Nicholson was over the top, too.
