Default Massive Spoiler Alert-- "Ray Donovan: The Movie".

Ray Donovan: The Movie - Wikipedia

I will have to watch the series at some point after muddling through the movie. The movie writers kind of assume you are familiar with the series.

I thought the series was excellent. The movie was very slow, and most likely very confusing for people that didnt watch the series
