It looks like one you need to take a few bathroom breaks while watching it in a movie theater. I think there was an old movie about Napoleon that was extremely long.

Looking forward to it. However epic movies today have a certain sameness caused by CGI.

Remember the movie Waterloo? Not a complete movie about Napoleon by any means: pretty much exclusively focusing on his last battle and the personalities involved, but it was prefaced with the events that led to his first downfall and exile to Elba, plus his return to France and the events leading up to the actual battle of Waterloo. The historical accuracy was pretty much right on: No CGI back then: the battle scenes were filmed with literally thousands of actors, mainly soldiers of the Russian army which were used for the scenes. Well worth seeing, even today.

I agree, like Pearl Harbor, looks like one to see on the big screen. Tip, there are some really good background/related Utube documentaries that add a great deal to this film.

Napoleon, the movie to be released this month, is about a dog named Napoleon (but his name is really Muffin) and an unplanned adventure.

Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes... *all day*. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.

Bernard Cornwell

It looks like it is a book called Sharpe's Command.

It may be out by now. Hard to tell.

For any interested, this is an interview with Ridley Scott the director of Napoleon.
Interesting bloke, now 86 years old, and off to Malta to start filming Gladiator 2.
