Unconditional...the movie. PLEASE GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!! The movie company obviously didn't have the money to put into the many ads and trailers of the "big" movies. But this one is a real winner! It is about Sam (a girl) and Joe who met in elementary school where he was being bullied. They lost track of each other for 20 years. But God/higher power (whatever you believe in) intertwined their lives in a way you could not predict. It is based on a true life experiences of the two. Hundreds of children have benefitted from their efforts. Again, please go see it.
Synopsis A celebrated storybook artist obsessed with tracking down her husband's killer gets a shot at redemption after crossing paths with an old acquaintance who has devoted his life to caring for fatherless children. Her husband murdered in a senseless act of violence, Samantha Crawford (Lynn Collins) devotes her life to capturing the man responsible. But Samantha's fate takes an unexpected twist when she has a harrowing encounter with two children, which leads her back into the company of her longtime friend Joe Bradford (Michael Ealy). A respected figure in his struggling community, Joe acts as a father figure to at-risk youth. But he is dying of kidney disease, and as Samantha bears witness to his profound benevolence, her insatiable thirst for revenge becomes a deep desire to have a positive influence on the lives of the children whom society has given up on. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

We saw this movie last night. Based on a true story of Papa Joe Bradford, this is the kind of movie we need in this current atmosphere of derision and DIVISION. Shows the power of love for your brothers and sisters. If you want to feel good, feel happy, feel touched, feel inspired, feel redeemed (in the worldly sense), feel encouraged, and feel thankful that there ARE selfless people in this world, have a seat in the theater and shut out the noise we're hearing about the state of things in this country and world. Thank you, Rialto Theater, for offering this movie to the community. |

Don't you mean "Unconditional"??? We saw the movie and it's really good! Very well done, though it's 'faith' based--it's implied rather than preached!!

Thanks for noting the spelling error. It is Unconditional. Perhaps more people will look at the Uncontrollable post. LOL I tried changing it, but it doesn't change the mistake on the page listing. Anyway...GO SEE IT!
