Default Rock of Ages.

Saw this once last week at the Old Mill Playhouse. Two days before I had dropped my two nieces off to see it a while I trucked off to see Battleship. At the time, I wondered why these two teenage girls wanted to see it a second time within a few days. The answer I found in some of the seniors who were dancing while they left the theater. Guess you just have to get into the 80's music scene to appreciate Rock of Ages.

One niece saw it yet again a few days ago. Three viewings in 9 days or so.

Guess my tastes are beginning to show my age. There is no way I would have wanted to see it twice, let alone three times. If you liked 80's music, however, you should see Rock of Ages.

Thumbs up Rock On!

I also saw it and loved it! Brought back memories of my rock and roll partying days. I wanted to get up and dance in the aisle at the theater. Had a great cast of varied actors/actresses. Showed a side of Tom Cruise I'd never seen. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a baby boomer! If I were a movie critic, I'd give it 3 thumbs up!

I agree....great movie! The music is terrific and Tom Cruise did an amazing job. Five of us went and had a wonderful time. Russell Brand and Alec Baldwin were funny. People were laughing out loud.

The 3 adults who went with me --along with the two teen girls-- also liked Rock of Ages.

Enjoyed this movie a little more while not having to worry about what my ex sister-in-law is going to think about taking her kids to this movie. Even if they were both over 14. Rock of Ages - Rotten Tomatoes
