One of my favorite actors. Most everyone remembers him from Sound of Music, but I loved him as the Duke of Wellington, in Waterloo. I thought he was an English actor, but he was born in Canada.

my late mother-in-law's best friend was his next door neighbor in Easton, Ct. he was very nice to them, & even went to some of their social gatherings. maybe it's different when not dealing with 'fans.' do you have an interesting story to tell?
