Default Worst movie you have ever seen.

Someone mentioned that I should do a poll on the Top Ten Worst US released movies. There have been so many of these over the years. Gigli certainly comes to mind as does Showgirls and any number of Uwe Boll movies. Also Battlefield Earth. I would have a hard time getting a list up because of how differently some peope would view bad movies. Something considering awful by one person might be a movie so bad it is very good.

Hmm, really good question. I am thinking of movies I've walked out of:

Reds - Long and boring

Pay it Forward - You make a cute little boy a hero in a feel good story and kill him!!!!

And virtually anything with Sylvester Stallone.

I looked at a couple of lists on line of "bad movies". To my mind most of them were things like Ed Wood movies, or really cheesy sci-fi movies. Thing is, when something is that bad you kind of have to watch it, kind of like a car wreck.

This is not the worse movie, but my worse experience with a movie.

I was on a commercial flight from NY to FL back in the '70 and before boarding I was looking forward to putting on the ear piece and watching a movie to kill some time. When the movie started I sank in my seat. They were playing Mel Brooks Silent Movie. Not only were the ear piece useless but just my luck that I was seated back far enough that I couldn't read the captions on the screen! Loved the flight but hated the movie experience!

Here's a list I found:

The Top 100 Worst Movies of All Time - Flickchart

I am happy to report that I didn't see any of them. Please note that Gigli is rated # 1.

Probably seen half of these. Some of them at Villages theaters too. At least, the ones that came out after the Summer of 2005. Uwe Boll has a lot of entries as Director.

Mine was Chicago as I fell asleep.

I guess Catherine Zeta-Jones and Renee Zellwegger weren't pretty enough.

At least they each other to talk to.

Seriously, I can't think of a particular movie as I am not a regular movie goer.

I have to nominate this one that's just coming out this week-end..."A Shot to the Head" with Sylvester Stallone. Talk about your bad timing.

The timing is a little bad with that one. Sylvester Stallone supports assault weapon ban - CBS News

Syriana

My wife and I went with some friends and after the movie was over we all walked out, looked at each other and said "What was that all about?"

Or else she had it out for me and wanted to ruin my weekend.

Other than that, I hated that movie with the "pod" people floating around in a swimming pool. Can't remember the name, but it was out about the time ET was. The kids loved it, so I had to sit through it.
