Be careful what you wish for. Sometimes it is intelligent and prudent to just "clutch your pearls". The 130,000 per day rate is predicted by medical experts to extend to 200,000 per day by January. In an increasing disease environment is live entertainment worth the risk? Why take a chance on dying (it is a permanent condition) when science is rapidly trying to come up with a vaccine ( some scientists predict April)? If all of us were 25 years old, it might (?) be a risk worth taking, but it is really foolish at age 50 plus. Maybe you will feel brave and macho by going to a square? But, maybe some of you just have a NEED to feel macho? Get that WILL up to date and good luck, may the force be with you!

Mostly no masks.

Sunday afternoon Arnold Palmers bar shoulder to shoulder plus all tables filled to capacity. I was the only one with a mask as I went to use the rest room!!
And we’re all still alive to read your message....funny how that works...

So with Coronavirus cases surging to record highs around the nation, TV is ending restrictions?

And some will continue to “social distance” which means avoiding gatherings which might lead to becoming infected with COVID-19. Do what feels comfortable for you. My husband and I have decided to be prudent - we’re in our 70s and he has a number of comorbidity health issues. We’ll wait until we’ve been vaccinated to let down our guard and return to normal❗️

Gave up going to crowded squares years ago. I will continue to be diligent and safe. All I can say is good luck to us all.

You all go first; I will continue to wear masks and stay at least 6 ft away from others. Sorry, but this is FAR from over. A pandemic does not go away; it continues and we are 6 months to a year out from the vacinne. Stay safe!

Totally agree. I'm not yet 65 but have several high risk factors. I will continue to take all precautions. Kind of used to having to stay home even though it's getting old. Anything else would be uncomfortable. Best of luck and stay healthy!

As Covid figures rise, some activities are cancelled, due to positive cases, many brought from " out of TV" visits by residents. Now the "Rec Dept decides we will utilize their facilities 100%... What bad timing. Now we have thanksgiving visitors, then those Renting, then visitors for Christmas... Watch out here comes the virus that we good mask wearing social distancing folk tried to avoid.

We "play" with fate every day.
Calling people that don't agree with your way of thinking stupid, is pretty immature. I'm very tired of that mindset spewed by many here.
That is why we can't have nice things.

November 18 is Mickey’s Bday.

But it’s also our 48th anniversary. Celebrating at Disney.

What else happens that I have no control over, I don’t waste my time worrying about.
