Default one of our Rollers!

just read on facebook the very sad news that Dave Parker, of Rocky and the Rollers, has passed away....he is the fellow who knocked out the Unchained Melody with all his heart...so very sad....i don't know any details.

Wasn't Dave Parker the guy that played lead guitar and sang vocals the was replaced by Al Morse? I think that change happened a couple of years ago.

Yes, Dave left the band back in 2010.

I am a friend of Dave and Leslie Parker who is trying to help out the family in locating a video of Dave singing "My Prayer". If you or someone you know has it please contact me so I could get a copy. We would like it for the service that is taking place Thursday, but if it is located after Thursday it still would be a great gift to the family to have as a keepsake, or any video/photographs. Thank you.

Dave died of lung cancer..Was just diagnosed a month ago...So sad for his wife Leslie & his children.
