I was acquainted with Sonny James... I emcee several of his concerts..
Great singer.... had 26 #1 hits as I recall... The Southern Gentlemen was
great to work with... very serious about how he sounded on the stage and
the guys that worked with him... The Guitars of Sonny James was a great album to have... that special sound of Sonny James. One of the best country singers of the past.
