I just came back from the Saturday Night Dance with Vinyl Recall performing.

A sold out performance, that had a patriotic theme. As usual, they knocked it out of the park, especially with Roy singing, "GOD Bless The U.S.A". Roy brought the house down with his rendition. Although I don't have the wherewithal to post his rendititon, here is the Lee Greenwood rendition.

GOD Bless our troops and the greatest generation.

BTW - Ronnye's son just came back after his fifth tour of duty. This time from Afghanistan. We were happy for her, that her son is safe, and out of harms way, for the time being.

Also, a tribute to my uncle Joe, my hero.

What a fun group that was last night! And some great dancers. Looking forward to next month's dance where the theme will be Hawaiian. Over 90 tickets sold last night for next month. Don't be left sitting at home with your coconut bra and nowhere to go.
