Science this time, not Religion!

The "Great Courses Series" has a lecture series titled "Life in Our Universe".

It is now available on Netflix's Streaming service.

The lectures are given by a College professor with plenty of props and illustrations. He teaches at the University of Arizona.

Don't worry about it being "over your head" type stuff. Most of what I have seen so far is put forth in simple terms. If you had basic science in grade school you can follow the majority of what is presented! The lectures are only 30 minutes in length. 30 minutes works out well... small doses!

Are we alone in the universe? Or does the cosmos pulse with diverse life forms? At present, it has detected hundreds of confirmed planets, and well over 2,000 likely new planets have been identified. And exponential growth in telescope power and other critical technologies is enabling scientists to make new discoveries every day.

The Big Bang Theory was developed by the call from a Brother teaching Science who wanted to take the Bible and find how the Universe was created per Genesis in a scientific way. Let there be light is the Big Bang that started the Universe. God made the Big Bang happen. So there should be no Religious Scientific conflict.Sounds good, but don't have Netflix, did not find enough to watch.
