Contract for our new home in TV getting signed today. Closing on Jan 11. We will need to rent our place as we aren't quite ready to move down yet. So, we will need the entire insides of the house painted. Can our friendly neighbors let us know of their recommendations for painters and maybe even what to expect to have to pay for that? We have a 1,780 sq ft Designer home. Thanks so much!

We closed on our preowned home November 1st and hired Investment Painters. Although their reviews on TOTV were very good, we are not impressed with their work at all.

Steve Kling Painting. They do not accept a cent until job is complete and a Sherwin Williams rep comes out to inspect the job. They were efficient with power washing included in the price as well as doors and exterior light fixtures. I am a perfectionist and they did a perfect job with appropriate pricing.

John Schwartz. Awesome painter and reasonably priced. Just finished my house inside and out. It looks amazing.

We did not have the same experience with Kling. The sales person was great. The two men they sent out did NOT want to be here and the quality of their work showed it. i will not use Kling in the future.

We just purchased in September and had our entire house inside and out, garage, ceilings, kitchen island and where the wood is exposed when you open cabinets (previous owners didn't do that when remodeled kitchen) for $9700 with Sherwin Williams paint 5 different colors inside and 3 outside.

Roberts Paint is the company and Mike ran the project. Gave a $2000 deposit and then paid in full at the end. Did a fantastic job and there were several beams they had to paint and nail the lines.

Hue Got It painting by Paul Negron. I’ve used him 4 times. Young man who was sent down to The Villages from Brooklyn to keep him out trouble. Went to TV high school and appreciates what TV offered. He has grown a decent size business. He was voted the best painter by a group in Alden Bungalows. Good man, good work and VERY reliable and honest
