I always use "Forum New Posts" to see if there's anything new posted in threads I've posted in AND new threads popping up that might be of interest to me.

I'm not interested in contractors and services most of the time, and would love to be able to click on Forum New Posts, but have anything in the Contractors and Services category simply - not be on that list.

Contractors and Services is a sub-category of the forum. Is there any way to filter it out? That way, if I'm actually looking for a contractor or service, I can still go to that sub-forum from the main forum page - but don't have to see all the threads posted in it when I'm not actively seeking it.

I can put individual people on ignore, but can I set my viewing to "I want to see all new posts EXCEPT posts that are posted in these three sub-forums?"
