Default Ad cutting off top of messages

What's going on with the partial ad across the top of messages. This happened once before. I am unable to see the date of the post because of this. Also in the last couple of days a green face was showing on the right of each topic. I'm sure the admins. are aware of this.

John, did you try deleting temp files or close and reopen your browser or reboot your computer? I tested IE, Firefox and Chrome and did not have that problem on those browsers.

I'm using iPad. Will check on my pc. It's OK on my pc. Obviously something is going on on my ipad. I did a reset but that didn't help. I believe the ipad uses Safari.

I got rid of my cookies on my iPad and that solved the problem except I now will have to relogin at those sites.
