I'm flattered that my birthday date says I am 43. Maybe I should just leave it. But to be honest the date (Jan 1) and year are not correct. Does anyone know how to correct this?

click on the User CP tab on the totv menu bar above

under the heading Your Profile, click on Edit your details

enter correct b-day info, indicate whether to show/hide the info under Privacy

scroll down the page and click on save changes

ta-da! you're done

I did that. It says Date of Birth: Jan 1, 1969
I can't see how to change this.

Actually, this is the message:
our date of birth and age are displayed in several places on the forum. Only the administrator will have access to your date of birth should you choose to hide it via the privacy option below.
Please contact the Administrator if your date of birth has changed.

So, do I need to contact the administrator? Has my date of birth changed?

Send a PM to Tony with your correct birth date and he will change it.

Then you can determine what you want to display.
