Default Pool Cleaning Systems

We are having a pool built in our new home in Sanibel section. All Seasons is offering a free in floor automatic pool system as well as ozonator and chlorinator. The pool we currently have in our home in Orlando has a salt system and we have been using a Hayward Ultra Pool Vac traditional hose system to clean the pool floor.

We are unfamiliar with the auto pool in floor system as well as ozonator and are not yet comfortable having these. Can anyone give us any cons to these? We know the pros as explained by All Seasons.
Thanks!

Back in CT we had a Hayward robot cleaner which worked great. One of my sisters had the in floor cleaning system but she still had to vacuum maybe once a month as the in floor system just did not get as much as the robot or the regular vacuum. Not being too familiar with them I believe the problem with her system was that the vacuum heads were only on for a couple of minutes and then shut off and others turned on. They kind of rotated around the pool bottom. We have neither system here as we only need to vacuum about once a month since the pool is usually fairly clean.
