The option of taking meggison to 470 is not available it's only open to construction traffic. The no trusspassing signs have meen moved to Dwight rd. As of 6/30. So IMHO 301 is fastest.

If you are coming down Morris Blvd it is probably a toss up.

If you are on Buena Vista, I believe the fastest route is to take 44A, turn left at the 7-11(Powell Rd), and crossover 44 to Warm Springs Ave. (Don't speed as there is the occasional speed trap)

Not correct. We live south of SR-44, and have taken Meggison all the way to 470 many times, most recently yesterday, 6/30. There was not a single no trespassing or road closed sign, and lots of traffic, the majority of which was passenger cars.

From north of 44 you're far better off to go to 301 off of 44 and pick up the Turnpike less than a mile south of 44.

The Meggison route is a little quicker.

Have not traveled this route recently and will be headed to MCO early in the morning next week.

Thanks in advance.
I lived in that area for nine years. I always too 441 to 27 to get to the turnpike. If you want to go down to 470 you should take Rolling Acres to Ella to Micro Racetrack right on 466a, left on Morse and follow Morse to the end and go left on Meggison.

From where? Certainly not from Brownwood.

Follow waze or Google maps. Traffic changes constantly. Don't use ANY advice on this board

Others have noted that the tradeoff is different if you live near morse. The shorter distance down meggison and the traffic on 44 can make the meggison route faster.
agreed!!! I've spent decades saying what your pov is. Comfort over kamikaze driving

From the Brownwood area, Megison is about 5 to 7 minutes slower. It’s a pleasant ride though.
